Eating good food and exercise is the right path whether you're fit and fine or just getting older. But... if you're like me, I slip into bad habits after a nice stint doing good. I guess I get lazy or maybe I take life for granted a bit too much, too often.
One of my reminders is the morning headache. Since losing my path for cooking a good menu last month, I once again wake up with a headache. At first I thought it was from sleeping weird on my pillow. It was all crunched up and my neck was a boggle. I do know that if I sleep with just one pillow or no pillow, I get neck aches. (Thanks to my son Tim who bought me a new pillow several Christmas',ago I have two).
Then, I thought it might be because I gained a few pounds (since off my food plan). That could be it... because hypertension or high blood pressure is one cause of this achy wakey. But... I take medicine for hypertension.
Finally, I guessed it could be dust mites. YIKES! You can't see the little buggers, but they do build up in the bedroom. They get under your bed, in your pillowcases and blankets. Ugly and scary little sucker, isn't it?

But this, too, didn't add up since I launder the bKitchenedding often and my honey vacuums and dusts the fan (a huge collector of dust). I could do a better job of dusting the furniture. I work on that.
I thought of clicking my heels together, turning around three times and chanting, "headache be gone, headache be gone, headache be gone." That didn't work.
I guess I better just eat right and get plenty of exercise. After all, in life, some things just happen as if to say, "Hey you, straighten up or life will bite you untill you do." Double Yikes.
