Is There Slavery in America

October 26, 2016. Black Americans recall their roots, as all of us do — but is there still slavery in America? For Blacks? For Hispanics? Latinos? The jobless middle class? For anyone? If you're not sure, here's a hint.

What you love most about being an American is your freedom. Isn't that what you want?

What is Freedom

Most Americans understand that freedom means the right to do whatever you want without restriction as long as what you want is lawful. That's the short version, isn't it?

On or about 1619, European settlers in North America turned to African slaves as a cheaper, more plentiful labor source to farm tobacco plantations. Slaves were not free. They were dependent on slave owners.

Slaves did what they were told, and plantation owners provided food, clothing and housing. Most were prohibited from learning how to read and write. While some were well treated, others were mistreated and lived in misery. Is that still happening today?

Today, government creates a similar situation. The government provides food, clothing and housing for poor Blacks and low-income people who become dependent on the federal government for their survival.

Is that dependence the same as slavery or is it help?

Government Dependence

Of course, help is good, but honest help doesn't condemn people to a life of dependence, does it? Honest help offers people a lifeline to opportunity for a better life.

Unfortunately, none of the nearly $1 Trillion annual welfare dependency funds have been earmarked to actually help the poor not be poor. There's no doorway to independence, no freedom from government control. Just the opposite: Good people are stuck — with no road to opportunity. That failing keeps good people trapped in a cycle of misery.

Under the first Black Democrat President and Vice President Joe Biden, many more Black Americans continue to suffer in the mug of misery, poverty and violence.

According to the latest stats of U.S. Census Bureau, data released September 13, 2011, the nation's poverty rate rose to 15.1% (46.2 million) in 2010, up from 14.3% (approximately 43.6 million) in 2009 and to poverty's highest level since 1993 when Democrat Bill Clinton was President.

THAT by any name keeps the poor, poor. On the surface the current welfare system looks like help, but it's actually modern-day slavery. There's more.

Solutions for Success

Shouldn't there be an opportunity for good people and families who are stuck in poverty to stop being poor and enjoy a better way of life? Why isn't there?

Roadblocks Built with Lies

The biggest roadblocks to that better life points sharply at those who continue to defend and excuse career politicians who lie their way into your government.

If government dependency has no doorway to independence, and it's the result of a scheme by Democrats — and Democrats continue to promote that dependence with lies to win Black votes, then Democrats are modern-day slave owners, aren't they? Is that true?

Scheme to Keep Blacks Voting for Democrats

1963: Democratic President Lyndon Johnson created the scheme after John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963.

1964: Two weeks later on January 8, 1964, Johnson announced his, "War on Poverty." Johnson's scheme was to keep Blacks dependent on government.

Johnson was a raving racist. He used the "n" word every other breath. He said, "I'll have those nig**rs voting Democrat for the next 200 years." Voila, the welfare program of the 1930s was exploited beyond its original purpose. Who believes that a racist like Johnson really wanted to help Blacks?

Dr. Martin Luther King objected to violence, the Jim Crow Laws and the "second-class treatment" of African-American citizens. Jim Crow was another Democrat.

King inspired the world in 1963 when he said, "I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

1968: Dr. King — a registered Republican — spoke against slavery and dependence. He organized the Poor People's Campaign in an effort to gain economic justice for poor people in the United States.

1968: J. Edgar Hoover, another Democrat, deemed Martin Luther King a "subversive" and ordered the FBI agents to "investigate, expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, neutralize or otherwise eliminate" Dr. King.

Dr. King was assassinated on April 4, 1968 by James Earl Ray, a Democrat who supported George Wallace — another Democrat.

Democrats continue their strategy of dependence with lies today.

You've heard Democrats endorse social programs and condemn capitalism. The facts show that under capitalism today, many Black Americans achieve success with accomplishments in every field from science and journalism to sports and entertainment.

The strategy to LIE started with Democratic President Franklin D. Roosevelt when he smiled and admitted, "You know I am a juggler, and I never let my right hand know what my left hand does. I'm perfectly willing to mislead and tell untruths…".

Barack Obama: President Obama lied 50 times. When Obama lied to the American people, "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor," his lies hurt people and created modern-day misery for many.

Obama denied that there were IRS threats and investigations on Republican members. He said, "not even true a smidgeon." It turned out that it was true, wasn't it?

Most Black Americans know that George Gordon was a general in the Confederate army and Democrat in Congress who headed the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), a hate group that murdered Blacks and anyone who tried to help Blacks.

Hillary Clinton: Even after Hillary Clinton knew the Murders in Benghazi was a planned terrorist attack, she lied blaming a video.

Even worse, she portrayed a theatrical quiver when she stated Ambassador Christopher Stevens was her FRIEND, but instead of doing everything she could to try and save him — she went home.

Is that what you would have done if your friend called for help and was in danger? Would you have walked away? Would you vote for a Democrat who abandons her friend in his time of need? Is that who you believe will make you and your family feel safe and happy?

There is much more evidence that Democrats habitually lie, want to keep Blacks dependent on government and "investigate, expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, neutralize or otherwise eliminate" anyone who opposes them.

They lie about gun control, too. Democrats want to disarm the people just in case anyone dares object with their control of your government. 

The Democrat objective is to turn America into a weak, dependent country of helpless people who do what they're told.

That's not the worst of it. Blacks are not the only target.

Latinos and New Bankrupt Middle Class

Democrats like Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Senator Bernie Sanders and other Democrats in Congress want to increase government dependence of Black Americans, Latinos, minorities and the newly suffering middle class.

Democrats think Latinos will believe their lies. Democrats want minorities to fall prey to their false promises and false claims. Democrats believe women are so gullible, they'll believe whatever a woman says — over a man.

Do you believe Hillary Clinton suddenly stopped lying? She's a Democrat. Lies and non-answer answers have worked for her so far. Why would she stop?

From the history of evidence, Democrats want to keep the poor, poor, "imprisoned" and dependent on government with no doorway to freedom. Democrats are modern-day slave owners. Plain and simple.

Democrats want to make sure Blacks vote the way they're told so the politicians can get re-elected.

The number of Americans living in poverty grows every day. Is that the America you want? Yes, it's a different kind of slavery in America, but any kind of dependence is still loss of freedom, isn't it?

Do you want your children, your parents, your neighbors feeling life is hopeless, living in sub-par housing, afraid to go to school for fear of being murdered, barely existing on the scraps of life while Democrats in Washington give themselves raises, take long vacations, tax your income and line their pockets?

Democrats are modern-day slave owners. Don't believe their lies.

Republican President Abraham Lincoln led the fight to free the slaves. To this day, Republicans remain opposed to slavery of any kind.

Doorway to Independence

The better objective is not to end government dependent welfare — but to add a big beautiful doorway to independence for those who want to be free from poverty. It begins with common sense.

(1) Rid Black communities of drug lords. When Americans elect a president who takes a leadership role enforcing the law, crime in America's communities will decrease.

(2) Deport illegal felons who infest low-income neighborhoods. When Americans elect a president who takes a leadership role in deporting illegal alien felons and criminals, low-income neighborhoods will become safer.

(3) Increase jobs across America. When Americans elect a president who takes a leadership role in bringing jobs back to the United States, businesses will need to hire more people.

Those who are now poor will have a better opportunity to earn a decent income. Those who now only earn minimum wage will have a better opportunity to earn a decent income. Everything changes when you have more money in your pocket, doesn't it? Life is better, isn't it?

When all neighborhoods are safe and secure, free from criminals, and the job market thrives — there are unlimited opportunities for poor and low-income Americans who choose to walk away from government dependence through the big beautiful door to a better life.

In the coming elections, the best candidate offers every single American the positive impact of hope, good and strong conviction in the belief that everyone deserves to be free — a real opportunity for a better, safer, happier life.
