In a 213-page
opinion, SCOTUS noted cases they used for guidance and rejected the
decisions presented in Roe v Wade--including that the viability of an
“unborn” was a reason to abort. In other words. the viability of baby
outside the womb was not a reason to abort baby.
“The Court overrules those decisions and returns that authority to the people and their elected representatives...”
In other words, the high court ruled that the States should adjudicate whether to “regulate or prohibit” abortion. I'm of a mind to believe that these faithful Justices decided baby's LIFE was essential to preserve.
However sadly, the
majority of States rushed to “regulate” abortion as if it was O.J.s
glove. “If it doesn’t fit, you must acquit.” Except that baby was
convicted using some made up “magic switch” excuse.
Baby was sentenced to death.
There’s
no documentation that any State considered new evidence discovered
since 1973, or existing evidence well known for over 200 years.
SCOTUS didn’t send the matter of abortion to the States with a wink and a nod to arbitrarily “Pick One.”
It looks as though that’s exactly what States did.
States
“regulated abortion” based on a “window of time” from 6 weeks to 15
weeks to anytime. Few States prohibited abortion; some included
exceptions for rape, incest and/or the life of the mother.
Apparently,
States decided that during pregnancy, there’s a magic switch that flips
at some point in time and “bing” like any pretense, or in this case,
another Democrat hoax, the “glob of tissue” turns into baby.
Have you
seen one of those game shows where contestants spin a wheel. It ticks
around like a bicycle wheel. Tic Tic Tic, it stops on 6. “BING”
Congratulations Florida, you’ve become the proud owner of a 6-week ban.
Other
States took a spin around the wheel and came up with a different number
of weeks. 50 States could not even agree on when baby’s heartbeat could
be heard. Kill dates are different because they GUESSED That’s not too
good.
The truth is that allowing abortion up to 6 weeks or 12,
15, 36, 40 weeks is a false flag. It signals to women that “abortion is a
non crime.” That signal is wrong.
The “time” was rooted in
baby’s viability. The actual moment when baby’s heartbeat can be heard
may be different for every pregnant woman.
SCOTUS had overturned Roe v Wade and in the majority opinion REJECTED viability as reason to abort.
What was it that Monsignor McHugh said in 1973?
“... innocuous procedure... that would tear down the respect for LIFE.”
Due
to State laws, abortion continues today. Some State Justices flexed
their “He Man Muscles” and adopted abortion into State Constitutions.
That’s what happened.
