Where Is It Written

December 2023. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution offers us protections. But as As Justice Clarence Thomas asked during oral argument on December 1, 2021, [on another matter] “Where is it written?”

Yes, where is it written that our government can violate every law there is, and SCOTUS does nothing.

Oh, I  see, these holy people are waiting for… what? Pray tell. More Americans to be imprisoned, persecuted, bankrupted.

Yea… I wonder how they would have acted if the Holocaust was on American soil?  Would we have to wait 40 or 50 years? I dare not speak my mind further.

The 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is the right answer: It was part of the “Civil War” Amendments, ratified in 1865 in the aftermath of the Civil War, abolished slavery in the United States.

The 13th Amendment states: “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

Two words, “duly convicted” screams. Anybody listening?

Oh, I see, “We The People” have to wait wait wait for the slow-mo process. Gad.

Where are our Constitutional Patriots. We’re being destroyed and we’re waiting. That looks like dereliction of duty and/or violation of their oath.

There is no exclusion to the right to be free and make our own choices. “We the People” have every right to life and liberty as it suits us.
