American Mom: Immunity and Bannon

Mom works from home,
raises her kids, prays,
stays informed and votes.

It’s been a good-bad time, which finally set American toward a Republic course. Except for the inexcusable imprisonment of Stephen K. Bannon.

My dad always said, “it’s not the good you do, but the good you fail to do that really matters.”

Presidential immunity was good. No doubt it will have a bit of polishing in the future.  But not stopping the vicious decision to deny Bannon at least the injunction feels a lot like, “We’ll give you( (Dems)  Bannon’s scalp, but not Presidential immunity.”

Bannon was held in Contempt for not showing up to testify fffor a deposition and not turning over documents in front of the J6 committee.  He had executive privilege and a Presidential Pardon in his pocket, didn't he?

The J6 committee issued its final report in December 2022 before it disbanded. So, how is Bannon supposed to cure his no-show decision?

According to U.S. News, "Attorney General Merrick Garland speaduring a news conference at the Justice Department in Washington on April 14, 2023.“ Lawmakers use contempt of Congress to formally admonish uncooperative witnesses – often government officials. A mostly symbolic reprimand, few prosecutions result from the congressional votes.

Well, since Garland gets to ignore a Congressional subpoena, why notBannon.

That “committee” closed its doors in 2022.  Bannon’s “contempt” should have been declared moot then.

July 1, 2024, why is Bannon in prison? Bannon can’t even decide to testify [hypothetically] and he can’t pay a fine [if a fine could have been imposed}, because there’s no J6 committee in 2024.

So what’s the point of punishing him with big-crimes prison. And why go to prison before his appeal process was done? Something stinks in our Republic. Hold your nose,

Celebrate the day we declared our independence, fought a bloody war against a titan empire, and learned how sweet victory is. and a lot more.

Yes, we won freedom that day. Our U.S. Constitution declared “We The People” our First Citizens that day and established the “Birth of the American Dream.”

Oh happy day… Anybody tired of winning?
