What I Do For Family and Farmville

Helloooo blog…. guess what I discovered today. You just won't believe it. Farmville. Yes, the silly game on Facebook. My sister invited me, and I really don't have a knack for games. I started yesterday afternoon and I have over 1,000 coins??? Coins, is that right? I have no idea what I'm doing.

That poked my brain. I wonder why I don't have a knack for games. I mean, it's more than Facebook's Farmville. I am not good at physical games, like volleyball. I broke a nail last time I tried that game, and see ya on that. I did try golf, which is a game of strategy plus you have to be really fit. I'm not bad at that, except for the physically fit part. Not too up on the muscle thing.

It's no biggie that I am not really a physical games person. A lot of people are not into participating in real games. Most, like me, prefer to be spectators.

Then, there's games like cards. I am a whiz kid. Same with chess. But don't ask me to be part of Trivial Pursuit and games like that. I am just no good. Can't hold my own with Charades either.

[Good Godfrey] Even Bailey is top notch when it comes to games. He can even sense when it's *throw the football* time and starts to bounce with excitement.

What does it mean that I am not good at games. [ponder] Is it important that a person be good at games? Does it mean I am a serious person? Does it mean that I do not have a tendency to play or have fun? [swallow]

Maybe I'm not the playful type. It's true. I am more serious. I schedule little time for fun in the strict sense of the meaning. Fun, for me, is doing business. I love helping people who need my help. To me, this is very fun.

But that's probably not the type of fun that Farmville is all about. It's only been a day plus a bit, and I recognize that this game can be addicting. I don't know if that's who I am. I don't really go in for addictive or obsessive behavior. Then, again, I am dedicated to the Internet and my web business.

My question, blog, is this. Is it good or bad that I don't go in for nonsense? Is Farmville nonsense? Millions love it. I kinda enjoy messing with it, but I am not sure why.

Now, if it was a real farm, Bailey would probably be in heaven. I can see him now, racing across the fields. Boy, is that a sight!

For me, I may have the brains to play games successfully, but there is a big possibility that I don't have the inclination. I will continue on with Farmville (if I can) because my sister asked me. That's all the reason I need.

Best to you, blog. Bye for now.
