Is Friday the 13th Unlucky or Lucky? Luck be a lady and that means me. Lady luck this day and that. [Yup] Friday 13 is my lucky day, but it's shake-in-your boots for most.
It's a day that strikes lightening-bolt fear into the heart of many, even though it is just a date on the calendar. You see… unlike me,
it's a well know fact that a lot of people believe it is a day that brings bad luck and misfortune and so most do nothing to not take the chance that something bad might happen.

For those who are superstitious, it is possible to find the number of Friday the 13ths there are each year so you can plan your day accordingly in advance.
There are 12 months, each with a 13th day and 7 days in the week. So each month has 1/7 chance of having a Friday that's on day 13. 1/7 x 12 = 1.71. The number of Friday the 13ths each year is 3 and 1.
May 13, 2011 is the only Friday the 13th this year 2011... but 2012 is a leap year, and Friday 13th occurs 3 times: January, April and July.
Now for me, I am already so lucky this year with Mother's Day and my birthday giving me so much good fortune celebrating with my honey and my children. So this year with the addition of Friday 13 following my duo day, I can only say WOW!

Anyway, all my life something good has happened to me on Friday the 13th, so I look forward to this day with anticipation. It is my lucky day. Do you have a lucky day? Any day can be filled with goodness. But the day you were born on can have favorable influence on your life and luck.
