It's hot. The oven makes it even hotter. What to cook? Sunday is usually a big meal day here at home with my honey. I almost always do a roast of some kind. Pork. Beef. Roasted Chicken. Sometimes we BBQ, especially in the summer. But sadly, my honey is working today. Plus my gum surgery is barely healed. I still get twangs of ouchiness.
So today I am taking it easy. It's the cooks day off. But I am thinking about baking… still. I don't mean I am going to bake today… I am just thinking about what I can learn in the way of baking that might WOW my family over the coming holidays.
