Well, blog, now that I have my fabulous KitchenAid Empire Red Mixer, my mind is whirling with ideas on what the inaugural "make" will be. I am thinking bread.
My honey thought that would be a good one to start with. I'm sure he suggested bread, because he wants to dissuade me from mixing up a batch of chocolate chip cookies, or something sweet. If I do decide on a sweet, it will be only for my honey. No sugary treats for me.
I'll have to give this more thought. News update tomorrow on this decision. I finally did prepare a meal that my honey and I call, "keeper." It was really dElicious, and leftovers were even more DElicious. More about this later.
Nothing else really going on today here. It's still hot. I got new Laura Ashley blue sheets. Nice. We have French Country. All blue and yellow with red accents. Cows in the kitchen.
Bailey's doing fine. He had another bath yesterday. He is such a beauty. Sleek, shiny coat. Sparkly eyes. Big dog smile.
