You don't have to know how to clean the fresh-off-the-vine vegies. Just spice up some frozen peas and serve. It's quick and easy.
Here's my recipe for a nice add to the dinner plate.
Baby Peas in a Bowl
I just get baby peas frozen, dump them into a small sauce pan with a little water and a couple of thin slices (1 tablespoon) of real butter, a pinch of salt, pinch of sugar, and dash of freshly ground black pepper.
Voila! DElicious.

Keep a healthy supply of frozen vegetables in the freezer. Grab a handful, heat and eat.
Note: Cooking is just so much more fun... and easier... when you have the right items in your freezer. It's perfectly fine to take shortcuts. No need to be a gourmet cook to eat right. Right?
That's it for today, blog.
