I completed my second cooking lesson with Chef David. I am WOW'd again. What I didn't know amazes me. But a breath of satisfaction for me is that I did know a smidgen -- not a lot -- but enough to make me feel as if I am on the right path to learning how to cook.
One of the lists that I was proud of myself for —was the kitchen tools. I'm a shopper, and I have most of the kitchen tools and gadgets Chef suggests. Of course, I have more on my silly wish list.
Chef David shared [I couldn't count how many] tips, and I really value every single one. Every tip was valuable to know and most of Chef's tips I didn't know. Sad for me. I did pick up an important piece of information about kitchen safety, grease fires and what to do if I get a burn, which I did last night [and knew what to do]. What I didn't know continues to fill me with wonder. I've only just started and I already know that this was the best investment I could have made. Thank you Chef David. I predict that I will want to give you thanks many times more before I complete this cooking course.
Thanks for following my blog.
