Update on 10 Worst Cooking Mistakes

When I wrote down the 10 mistakes and challenges that haunted me before my cooking lessons, I wanted to see if I improved after I completed my cooking classes. It is sort of a checklist of cooking progress.
Here's my evaluation:
1. I can sear meat like a pro.
2. My bacon is perfect.
3. Pork chops I make are no longer tough and overcooked.
4. My meat balls are done just right inside and out.
5. I now cook eggs good to eat.
6. Bread is not the rock it used to be.
7. Scalloped potatoes haunt me still.
8. Making coffee is easy breezy.
9. I chop food all the same size.
10. I plan ahead and use a prep tray to cook.

I really did learn so much more. Stepping up my knowledge and seeing different cooking methods demonstrated is good news for anyone who cooks or wants to cook. Education is always a good thing.

Thanks for following my blog.
