Why Do Illegals Have to Go

2015. Why the heck is there an argument that people who have entered America illegally have to go? It's unfathomable that any American questions that illegals have to go. Hey, naysayers. They violated America's laws.

There's more to it, isn't there? Too many good people have been brainwashed. Too many people use this "debate" for their own purposes, maybe to gain fame and notoriety, get known, become a leader to those who are easily brainwashed and can't think for themselves.

1. What's really disturbing is that America is the greatest country on earth because Americans have always embraced the law — whether they agreed or not, whether they liked it or not, whether it was easy or difficult.

2. It's also disturbing how highly paid pundits and political party agents have tried to distract Americans — rather than focus on the real issues facing America, such as the safety of the American people in their own homes and neighborhoods, schools and churches. It's not responsible reporting.

3. It's very disturbing that naysayers claim that Hispanics aren't law-abiding Americans with claims that "Hispanics don't want illegals to go."

That's ridiculous. Hispanics are law-abiding Americans. Good Americans. Politicians disparage Hispanics for their own political gain, for TV ratings and rankings. "I'm a Mexican American, even though the government calls me Hispanic. I resent the media putting words in my mouth. Why do "they" think they speak for me."

Good Americans obey the law. When anyone says "illegals must go" they don't just refer to Mexicans who are here illegally. Illegal means anyone here illegally.

Many point to all the "whys" such as the economic impact on "legal" immigrants and citizens, but the only "why" that counts is that illegals are here unlawfully no matter whether they are Hispanic or Chinese or from Japan or Iraq — and no matter what other reasons justify their expulsion.

By the way, pundits seem to deliberately confuse the illegal issue by claiming how wrong it is to deport immigrants — when of course, that's a false claim. The issue is "illegal immigrants," isn't it?

After fighting for the right of citizenship, does it dilute native American Indians and Black Americans who had to fight and suffer and gain their citizenship the legal way?

Today's "illegals" didn't even try to become legal citizens. For their ability to avoid deportation for a long time, they expect to be treated BETTER than native American Indians and Black Americans. They expect to be rewarded with citizenship for doing what?

What about the first immigrants who traveled through Ellis Island, filled out the proper paperwork, accepted physical medical examination and even lived in quarantine, as required. How do they compare to the unlawful behavior of illegals in the United States today?

What about illegal aliens in this country?

(1) The phrase "illegal aliens" is what the Supreme Court calls those people not legally in the country. It's printed in their rulings and the Justice's opinions. It doesn't point to Mexicans or Chinese. Illegal aliens refer to anyone in this country without permission. Do these troublemakers disrespect the Supreme Court?

(2) The term "anchor babies" is a term to identify and distinguish children born to illegal aliens from those born to "legal immigrants and American citizens." That's it. Nothing more. No slur intended. It's a term based on fact — that can't be disputed.

Once again, the "political correctness detractors" want to turn an important issue into something trivial, mask the real issue, use the "term" as a topic to fill airways. Those who are indoctrinated with the cloak of political correctness fall for the ploy.

(3) The real issue of illegals in American today is that they are illegally living among us. What's troubling about this is obvious.

First, deporting those who are in America illegally is the law. Obeying the law is the basic foundation of what makes America America.

Of course, there are the secondary issues which feature humanity. Whether or not, "humanity for illegal immigrants" is someone's guilt or pity or compassion talking, it's emotional, not legal.

America must embrace law and order. The opposite is anarchy and disorder. America will no longer be America if that happens.

Second, what the heck is wrong requiring illegals to return to their own country. For example, Mexico is a sovereign country. It's not a back woods place where people get their heads chopped off. Mexico is an established country with its own Constitution, individual States, big cities, tall buildings, hospitals, universities and beautiful, sought-after tourists spots. If the Mexican people don't like the laws, Mexico has a system to change the laws. If Mexicans don't like the drugs and crime, they have the right to speak up to their government.

Mexicans who don't like their own country, don't want to obey Mexico's laws, don't respect America's laws either. They climb over our laws to cross the border into America. Apparently, they know that the United States won't punish them? Won't evict them? America won't obey our own laws, like Mexico does? Are we a lesser Country than Mexico? Maybe our leaders are stupid or just incompetent. Think about that.

People who fear for their life enter the United States legally asking for asylum. That hasn't happened.

Illegal aliens entered the United States for a purpose. They are not innocent. They knew exactly what they were doing. They knew they would be caught someday. They are fugitives. How long can people escape from the law?

Anyone who supports illegals, gives sanctuary and conspires with any illegal betrays his or her allegiance to America and America's laws. Conspirators should be prosecuted, shouldn't they? Are there "special laws" for some people and not others?

The spotlight is shining on illegals populating the United States, as it should be. Illegal aliens living in America should do the right thing and leave now.
