Are The American People In Charge

May 2022. When resolving disputes, the solution can be found when judges or justices put themselves in the shoes of our brave and selfless “First Citizens.” God bless them.

If any adjudicator thinks they are smarter than the people, think again.

Anyone in our government can be removed. They are only “our” temporary employees, job holders, pencil pushers who sit in seats and on benches of our government buildings and tents.

The Constitution's first three words, We the People, affirm that the government of the United States exists to serve its citizens.

We citizens are the government first and then we choose a few citizens from among us to serve us for a short period of time. We hire them using the election process, by selection and by appointment. We employ them. We pay their salaries. All three branches of our government exist to serve what “We the People” say and want — NOT the other way around.

They must never forget this. They might start thinking of themselves as privileged, glitterati, elites who don’t have to do what we say and want. That’s why we have elections. Impeachment. “You’re Fired.” To replace those who no longer serve us.

We count on our government to stop lawbreakers and not become lawbreakers.
